We usually wait two to three hours before processing any placed orders. This way, if you need to, you can cancel your order in your Order History, as long as its status is New. You can then submit a new order with your changes following the next steps directly from the Rewards Store:

  2. Rewards Store
  3. Order History
  4. Cancel Order

PokerStars Store

We normally process orders right after our customers place them. In other words, once you've placed your order, we're unable to change it.

It's important to make sure all your order details are correct in the Checkout before purchasing. Usually, if something's wrong with an order, we need to arrange a return or a replacement. In such cases, get in touch with us, and we'll try our best to help you.
