Withdrawals: Withdrawing to a method different to the one automatically selected by the Cashier

For security purposes, withdrawals are always directed back to the deposit methods that you have used to fund your Stars Account in the past 12 months - from the oldest deposit to the newest.

To direct your withdrawal via an alternative method, we will need to permanently remove previously used methods from your account.

Once we have removed a method, it will no longer be available to you for withdrawals or deposits and it cannot be reinstated at a later date.

If you wish for us to proceed with removing any of your deposit and withdrawal methods, contact us and let us know which method to remove and also confirm the last four digits, if available.
