Update date of birth

If you're entering a date of birth to your Stars Account for the first time, log into your account on our desktop software and select:

Settings → Account Details → Date of Birth

Enter your date of birth and then hit 'Apply'.

Keep in mind this can only be done from our desktop software.

To update a date of birth already registered in your account, upload a copy of your government-issued ID via the software:

  • Help → Contact Us
  • Category → Account Security and Verification
  • Sub-category → Upload documents

Ensure you specify 'Change of date of birth' in the subject line, and that you include the reasons for your request in the body of the message.

We are not able to accept mobile phone screenshots.
